FAQs

Why should I join Simplyhealth Professionals?

We provide flexible payment plans that provide your patients with a way of spreading the cost of their dental care, and the pay-monthly system provides your practice with a regular income. This allows you to plan your finances for the year, book holidays and training days without the worry of lost income. It also means that if your patients miss or cancel appointments you don’t lose income.

We also offer an extensive range of support services, to help your practice with business planning, marketing and PR consultancy and dental regulation support. Additionally, you’ll gain access to a wide variety of training opportunities for the whole practice team.

Do I have to do a mailing?

No, you do not have to mail your patients.

However, we recommend it as a great way to support recruitment of Denplan patients - and of course, we have a dedicated team to support you with the mailing.

Do I have to pay for a visit from a Dental Business Consultant?

No, all Consultant visits are free.

Do I need to sign up all of my patients to a Denplan plan?

No. You can choose to sign up a specific proportion number of your patients to a Denplan payment plan, whether you’re a private or NHS practice.

How do you keep me up to date with information about my Denplan patients?
You can view this information by logging into your online dashboard. The information will be made available to you via a monthly report which you can access via your dashboard or in the paper report you receive from us monthly.
What do I get for my membership?
As well as providing flexible dental payment plans for your patients, we also offer a variety of other services as part of your membership.

This includes access to business support, marketing and PR consultancy and support with dental regulations.

We offer members a range of training courses for everyone in the practice team, many at reduced rates. We can even arrange bespoke training courses for you and your team.

You'll also have a Dental Business Consultant and Practice Support Advisor to help you and answer any enquiries you may have.
